The Healing Pen

The Healing Pen offers a sacred space for restoration through guided writing. It is more than a workshop—it’s a journey inward, using words as a bridge between pain and peace. Through reflective and intentional writing practices, participants are gently guided to uncover layers of past trauma, heartbreak, and hidden emotion. Each session is designed to support emotional healing, spiritual growth, and personal freedom, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

My background, which includes a degree in Psychology and Languages, a diploma in Theology, and certification as a Life Coach, empowers me to bring together mind, heart, and spirit. Ghostwriting and co-creating more than 200 books on self-improvement and memoirs gave me a deep understanding of how storytelling—whether personal or professional—can transform lives.

Healing happens in layers. Once one layer is acknowledged and released, another can be revealed and addressed with greater depth and clarity. The Healing Pen honors this process by providing safe, guided writing experiences that meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re navigating grief, burnout, transition, or simply seeking to reconnect with your inner self, each writing exercise opens a new door to understanding and release.
