Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and our Refund and Return Policy will apply. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, you will receive a refund to your original payment method, less any applicable handling or processing fees where permitted. We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests for custom, personalised, or made-to-order products once production has begun.
